The Movie
In early June of '09, work was completed on the Studio 401 movie. It was made as a thank you to our grant sponsors: Perkins. The movie is three minutes long and features the artwork of many Studio 401 students from 2007 to 2009. Is your work in it? Is your friend's work in it? See for yourself. Watch the quicktime in "About" or see it on Vimeo here: www.vimeo.com/studio401.

Phew! We made it, now how about next year?
The inaugural year of Studio 401 is coming to a close. After a few trials and tribulations (I'm so glad that the computers work now) a lot of progress was made. As can be seen in the samples on this flyer, there is a lot of talent here at Grant High School. Now it is time to think of next year's classes. Studio 401 will be expanding from one class to three! In addition to Graphic Design Fundamentals there will be an advanced class for continuing students (Graphic Communications) and an animation class for all of those drawing and computer whizzes out there. Check out the flyer for next year's classes and if you have questions, ask!
